Per Diem Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

We are seeking a per diem Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team in Colville, Washington, serving Providence Saint Josephs Hospital in Chewelah and Mount Carmel Hospital. This role offers a weekly pay of $684 and the flexibility to choose your shifts using the Shifts app. Please note that effective July 1, all per diem clinicians must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; failure to meet this requirement for two consecutive months may result in cancellation.

Orientation is held bi-weekly on Tuesdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Mount Carmel Hospital, with unit orientation following in the afternoon. 2026 orientation dates are provided. You must have at least 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical specialty within the last 3 years, current BLS certification (AHA required), and EPIC experience. A minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting is required, from a supervisor or charge RN who directly supervised you.
