Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NurseRoam, including the website, job marketplace, dashboards, application tools, messaging, alerts, and related services.
By using NurseRoam, creating an account, posting a job, applying to a role, submitting information, or contacting another user through the service, you agree to these terms. If you use NurseRoam for an employer, agency, facility, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
What NurseRoam provides
NurseRoam is a healthcare jobs marketplace built to help clinicians compare roles by pay, location, shift, specialty, employer, and fit. Employers and staffing agencies can publish opportunities, review candidate signals, and manage qualified hiring conversations.
NurseRoam is not a healthcare provider, employer of record, staffing agency, credentialing authority, immigration advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Hiring decisions, credential checks, licensure, background screening, onboarding, compensation, and employment terms remain between the candidate and the hiring organization.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials.
You may not create accounts with false identity information, impersonate another person, access another user account without permission, or use NurseRoam if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
Clinician profiles, applications, and consent
Clinicians may create a profile, save jobs, apply to roles, receive alerts, and communicate with employers or agencies through eligible workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, work history, licenses, certifications, availability, and application materials.
When you consent to recruiter or employer contact, NurseRoam may use that consent to operate matching, application, lead, messaging, and support workflows. You can change certain contact preferences in your account, but changes may not affect communications already sent or legally required records already retained.
Employer and agency use
Employers and agencies are responsible for job postings, hiring criteria, outreach, compliance, and communications made through their accounts. Job listings must be accurate, lawful, current, and tied to legitimate hiring intent.
You may not post misleading compensation, fake openings, discriminatory requirements, unlawful employment terms, bait-and-switch listings, or roles you are not authorized to represent.
Marketplace information
NurseRoam works to display useful job facts, including pay, shift, schedule, location, benefits, and employer context. Some information comes from employers, agencies, feeds, public sources, or third-party systems.
We do not guarantee that every listing, pay range, benefit, facility detail, credential requirement, or availability status is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm material terms directly with the hiring organization before accepting a role.
Communications
You agree that NurseRoam may send service messages, account messages, security notices, application updates, alerts, support replies, and marketplace communications by email, in-app message, phone, text, or other channels as allowed by law and your settings.
Some communications are transactional and are necessary to operate the service. Marketing or recruiter-contact communications may depend on consent and may be managed through account settings, unsubscribe links, or direct support requests.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, harvest, copy, reverse engineer, overload, probe, spam, resell, or misuse NurseRoam. You may not upload malicious code, evade security controls, interfere with the service, or use automated access without written permission.
You may not use NurseRoam to discriminate unlawfully, harass users, collect contact details without authorization, send irrelevant outreach, publish illegal content, or violate employment, privacy, consumer protection, or communications laws.
User content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profiles, resumes, messages, job postings, company descriptions, reviews, and support requests.
You grant NurseRoam a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, transmit, analyze, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and promote the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Fees and paid features
Certain employer features may involve subscriptions, credits, unlocks, lead purchases, feed setup, or other paid services. Pricing, allowances, renewals, cancellation terms, and payment rules may be presented in the product or in a separate written agreement.
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a paid marketplace action has been completed, such as revealing eligible candidate contact details or purchasing qualified leads.
Intellectual property
NurseRoam, the NurseRoam name, logo, software, design system, search experience, analytics, content structure, and service technology are owned by NurseRoam or its licensors.
These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in NurseRoam intellectual property. You may not copy or use our brand assets except as expressly allowed in writing.
Third-party services and links
NurseRoam may link to or integrate with third-party services, including employers, agencies, analytics providers, email providers, payment processors, job feeds, verification tools, and anti-abuse systems.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, limit features, or block communications if we believe an account, listing, message, or activity violates these terms, creates risk, harms users, or could expose NurseRoam to legal or security concerns.
You may stop using NurseRoam at any time. Certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy, including records needed for security, compliance, billing, dispute resolution, and marketplace integrity.

We do not guarantee job offers, placements, candidate availability, credential outcomes, employer responses, interview results, hiring decisions, pay accuracy, or continued availability of any listing or feature.
