Permanent Administrative LVN / LPN

Encompass Health in Erie, PA, is seeking a compassionate Administrative LPN/LVN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders, monitor vital signs and symptoms, and collaborate with Registered Nurses to execute care plans. You'll build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recoveries.

This is a permanent staff position offering an average pay of $25 per hour. You'll work in a supportive environment with cutting-edge equipment and technology, focusing on administrative and clinical duties within a rehabilitation setting. The role requires current LPN/LVN licensure in Pennsylvania and CPR certification. One year of inpatient medical-surgical or hospital experience is preferred, as is rehabilitation experience.
