Description
Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking an experienced Administrative Registered Nurse for our Supplemental Work and Transition (SWAT) Relief team in Flagstaff, AZ. In this role, you will collaborate with the Administrative Coordinator and Charge RN to ensure smooth patient throughput and quality care across the hospital. You'll serve as a shift advocate, addressing patient and staff concerns, and providing leadership to nursing personnel.
This permanent position offers an average pay of $47 per hour. You will work in various inpatient and emergency room areas, including critical care. Responsibilities include responding to Code Blue, Rapid Response, and other alerts, assisting with patient transports, and supporting the Administrative Coordinator with staffing and workflow issues.
Requirements include an active Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and NRP certifications (within specified timeframes), plus a minimum of 2 years RN experience with at least 1 year in ICU/ED.
