Description
Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, CA is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our Psychiatric ICU team. In this role, you will coordinate patient care across the healthcare continuum, utilizing critical thinking and the nursing process to meet the needs of patients and families. You'll supervise patient management, provide therapeutic structure in group settings, and enforce safety policies, ensuring a supportive environment for our patients.
This is a full-time, night shift position with 12-hour shifts. We offer a highly competitive pay structure: base rate for the first 8 hours, 1.5x overtime for hours 8-12, and 2x double-time beyond 12 hours. The estimated blended hourly rate ranges from $55.86 to $86.57, with an average of $61/hr. Additional compensation through differentials and bonuses may be available.
Requirements include a BSN (or ADN with enrollment in a BSN program completed within 2 years), current California RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of acute care experience in a relevant area.
