Permanent Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Fairbanks, Alaska. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in a behavioral health setting, assessing physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs while developing and implementing individualized care plans. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a 152-bed non-profit facility known for strong patient-to-nurse ratios and a culture of shared leadership.

This is a full-time night shift position requiring 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts. Compensation ranges from $38.42 to $63.35 per hour based on experience, with an average pay of $51/hr. Additional benefits include shift differentials, annual increases, paid time off, medical/vision/dental insurance, 401k with employer match, tuition assistance, and student loan forgiveness. Relocation assistance up to $7,500 and 90 days of temporary housing are provided. A $10,000-$15,000 incentive is also available.
