Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to lead our team. In this permanent, full-time position, you will oversee nursing operations within the behavioral health unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This day-shift role offers a salary-based compensation and requires a commitment to 40 hours per week. As Nurse Manager, you will coordinate care, manage resources, and foster a collaborative environment. To qualify, you need a BSN, an active Iowa RN license (or compact state), and BLS certification. Three years of clinical experience is required, with two years of management experience preferred.
