Permanent BMT Registered Nurse

City of Hope in Newnan, GA is seeking an experienced Bone Marrow Transplant Registered Nurse to join our transformative team. In this role, you will provide patient-centered care to oncology patients across the adult and geriatric spectrum in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will demonstrate a high level of competency in malignant hematology and stem cell transplantation, delivering exceptional care to patients receiving cellular therapies. Develop and implement individualized care plans using the nursing process, and inspire other team members through effective communication and mentorship.

This position offers both day and night shift opportunities with 12-hour shifts, and an average pay of $56 per hour. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. You will coordinate care with healthcare professionals, address the physical, spiritual, emotional, and educational needs of patients and caregivers, and adhere to infection control policies.

Requirements include 5 years of experience in Cellular Therapy (Stem Cell Transplant and/or Immune Effector Cell), a BSN (or enrolled within 6 months of hire with completion within 3 years), a Georgia RN license or compact state license, BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA), and ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certificate.
