Permanent Case Manager Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Case Manager role at Cedars-Sinai Medical Network in West Hollywood, CA. In this position, you will coordinate care for hospitalized patients, ensuring seamless transitions from admission to discharge. You'll collaborate with hospitalists and health plans to assess medical necessity, plan discharges, and authorize services across various settings including acute care, skilled nursing, and home health.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a day shift (8 hours). The pay averages $62 per hour, with a base range of $47.35 to $75.76. You'll be part of a world-class medical group known for high clinical standards and patient satisfaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school, a current California RN license, and at least 3 years of nursing experience with 1-2 years in outpatient case management.
