Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Cardio-Thoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) in San Diego, CA. This permanent, full-time role offers rotating shifts and the opportunity to work in a 30-bed unit dedicated to pediatric cardiac care, with the ability to flex to 37 beds. Our program is one of the few worldwide offering dedicated pediatric intensive care services, providing advanced care modalities including ECMO and heart transplantation. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards for our pediatric patients.
The pay for this position averages $72 per hour, with a salary range of $59.53 to $83.06 based on experience and collective bargaining agreement terms. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma, one year of experience, a current California RN license, and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include a BSN, three years of experience, professional nursing certification, bilingual Spanish skills, and pediatric nursing experience in a high-acuity setting.
