Permanent Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

HaysMed in Hays, Kansas is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Operating Room team. In this role, you will assist the perioperative care team with patient care, including preceptoring, preparing the sterile field, passing instruments, and maintaining aseptic technique during surgical procedures. You will also help with room setup, cleaning, and supply management.

This is a full-time position with day shifts from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. The pay range is $25.00 - $36.00 per hour, averaging $21/hr. You will work in a supportive environment focused on delivering safe and effective patient care.

Requirements include completion of a certified scrub technician program and current CST, LPN, or EMT licensure (or two years of direct scrub experience in lieu of credential). BLS certification is required within the first two weeks. Additional certifications may be needed based on patient care settings.
