Description
As a Hospice Chaplain in Flagstaff, AZ, you will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families from all backgrounds, as well as to staff. This onsite role involves being a calming presence during end-of-life situations, assessing spiritual needs, and collaborating with the Palliative Care Team. You will also participate in on-call and holiday coverage.
This is a permanent staff position with an average pay of $33 per hour. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, attending rounds and documenting in the EMR. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a graduate theological degree preferred. You need at least 3 years of experience providing spiritual care, including experience with death and dying, and formalized pastoral care training.
