Description
Join our Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) as a Registered Nurse in Manchester, NH. This 10-bed observation telemetry unit focuses on cardiac, infectious, and neuro observation patients, with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3-5. You'll be part of a supportive team of 149 employees, primarily scheduled in CDU with occasional shifts in the sister intermediate care unit.
This full-time position offers 36 hours per week with day/night rotation (7am-7pm, 12-hour shifts, rotating every 6 weeks for 1-2 weeks). Pay is not disclosed, but a $15,000 bonus is available for experienced RNs, paid in 3, 6, and 12 months.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing school, current NH compact or multistate RN license, and BLS certification. ACLS preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, earned time, 403b matching, tuition reimbursement up to $4,000/year, and nursing student loan paydown program up to $20,000.
