Permanent Communications Manager

Broward Health Corporate Spectrum is seeking a Communications Manager to lead strategic communications initiatives. In this role, you will oversee public/media relations, internal communications, publications, and executive communications, while supporting hospitals, ambulatory services, and marketing teams. This is a permanent, staff position located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The schedule is Shift 1, with an average pay of $68 per hour. You will serve as a key leader for executive and board communications, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.

To qualify, you need a Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications (Master's preferred) and at least 7 years of related corporate communications experience, including management. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, along with expertise in internal/external communications, crisis communications, and strategic communications. Excellent writing and editing skills are essential.
