Description

Join the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at St. Cloud Hospital and take your nursing career to the next level. As a CICU RN, you will provide specialized care to patients with critical cardiac conditions, utilizing advanced skills to save lives and improve outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient recovery and well-being.

This full-time position requires 72 hours every two weeks, working night shifts (8 and 12-hour options: 11pm-7:30am or 7pm-7:30am). You'll work every 4th weekend and follow a predetermined holiday rotation. Pay is based on experience and degree, ranging from $42.86 per hour for an associate/diploma to $45.82 for a master's, with a top range of $71.51 per hour. Additional pay is available for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Eligible candidates may receive up to $8,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus.

Requirements include graduation from a nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred, BSN required within three years), current Minnesota RN license, and BLS certification. ACLS and national nursing certification are preferred. Previous nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply through the Graduate Nurse Residency Program.
