Description
We are seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead and oversee pharmacy programs, activities, and operations at our Lomas Campus in Albuquerque, NM. In this full-time, day-shift role, you will ensure adherence to policies, manage drug distribution and purchasing, and develop clinical pharmacy programs including Medication Usage Evaluation (MUE). You will also supervise staff, coordinate investigational drug projects, and prepare reports and educational materials for medical and pharmacy staff.
The position offers a competitive pay rate averaging $90 per hour (range $73.58 - $106.10) and includes relocation assistance. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited College of Pharmacy, have a New Mexico Pharmacist License, and possess at least 5 years of directly related experience. A Doctorate or Master's degree in Pharmacy or Business/Healthcare is preferred. BLS certification is required within 30 days, and ACLS/PALS are preferred.
