Description
Heart of Texas Healthcare System in Brady, Texas, is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our growing Emergency Department. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who value work-life balance, rural medicine, and a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Our 25-bed critical access hospital features 4 dedicated ED beds with a volume of approximately 16 patients per day.
The position requires 120 hours per month with flexible scheduling, including 24-hour or 48-hour minimum shifts. Shift options include 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. or 1:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You will have strong Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support. We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance benefits. Our physician-owned and physician-led organization boasts a 90% physician retention rate.
