Permanent EP Lab Registered Nurse

Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is seeking a dedicated Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Registered Nurse to join our cardiovascular team. In this role, you will provide patient-centered care for individuals undergoing invasive EP procedures, including catheter insertions and monitoring. You'll work closely with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes, maintain sterile technique, and assist with hemostasis and closure techniques. This full-time position offers Day/Evening shifts with 40 scheduled weekly hours. While the pay rate is not disclosed, external applicants are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. You'll participate in an on-call schedule as needed, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. The role requires a current Iowa RN license and BLS certification; ACLS must be obtained within six months of hire.
