Enjoy a flexible schedule with a 4 or 5 day work week, including one Saturday per month from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Full-time clinical hours are 36+ per week. Compensation includes a base salary around $200,000 plus a production incentive of 30% to 35% of net revenue, with average earnings of $240,000+ and many providers earning $300,000 to $400,000+ depending on scope expansion. The average pay is $270,000 per year.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients using evidence-based best practices, developing and presenting treatment plans, performing restorative, preventive, endodontic, and surgical procedures, evaluating periodontal health, and collaborating with in-house specialists. Qualifications include a DDS or DMD from an accredited program, licensure or eligibility in Wisconsin, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to professional growth.
