Description
Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Hematology/Oncology unit at the Hall-Perrine Cancer Center. This permanent, staff position supports our philosophy of patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will be part of a comprehensive community cancer center that includes multiple specialties such as Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Genetics, all within an integrated space featuring lab, pharmacy, and infusion services.
This role offers a supportive environment with shared call of 1:6, multidisciplinary tumor boards, and opportunities to participate in research and clinical trials. We utilize Epic EMR for seamless documentation. The cancer center is Commission on Cancer Accredited and benefits from philanthropy and supportive services like the Thrive Exercise and Rehabilitation program for cancer survivorship.
Requirements include a valid RN license and experience in oncology or hematology nursing. We offer a competitive salary and the chance to work in a quality-of-care focused organization.
