Permanent Home Health CNA / Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Health team in Attleboro, MA. In this permanent staff position, you will perform direct and indirect patient care under the direction of RN/LPNs, including activities of daily living, vital signs, glucometry, EKGs, and weights. You will also assist with transport and supply management, ensuring a smooth and efficient unit operation.

This role offers an average pay of $23 per hour. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to respond to patient and family needs in a timely manner, adhering to hospital policies and standards set by Joint Commission, CDC, and OSHA.

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a current CNA certification, and BLS certification. Strong organizational skills, verbal and written English proficiency, and the ability to perform simple math calculations are essential. We value interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer relations and continuous quality improvement.
