Description
As a Home Health Aide with CentraCare, you'll improve patients' quality of life by providing care in their homes. This role involves assisting with personal cares, bathing, dressing changes, light exercises, and housekeeping for patients in rehabilitation or hospice. You'll primarily serve the St. Cloud and surrounding areas, helping patients heal in a comfortable environment.
This part-time position offers 48 hours every two weeks, with shifts Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus every 7th weekend and holiday. Pay starts at $17.75 per hour and increases with experience, averaging $21/hr. You'll also receive mileage reimbursement and extra pay for weekend shifts.
Requirements include a current Minnesota CNA certification, AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and good driving record. Home Health Aide certification and home care experience are preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, PTO, retirement, and employee discounts.
