Permanent Home Health CNA / Nurse Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our Home Health team in Bluffton, South Carolina. In this role, you will provide compassionate, personalized care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. You'll work closely with RNs to support patients on their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve their goals and celebrate milestones. This is a permanent, staff position offering an average pay of $19 per hour.

As a Nursing Assistant, you will prepare and transport patients, communicate concerns to nurses, and build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
