Permanent Home Health CNA / Nurse Assistant

Encompass Health in Prosper, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide personalized care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You'll work closely with registered nurses to support patients on their rehabilitation journey, celebrating milestones and building meaningful relationships. This is a permanent, staff position with an average pay of $19 per hour.
