Permanent Home Health CNA / Nurse Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health team in Savannah, Georgia. In this role, you will provide compassionate, personalized care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. You'll work closely with registered nurses to support patients on their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve their goals in a familiar and comfortable environment.

This is a permanent, staff position offering competitive pay averaging $18 per hour, with a compensation range of $17.00 to $18.50.
