Permanent Home Health CNA / Nurse Assistant

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team in Hiawatha, Iowa. In this role, you will provide essential care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them recover from illness or injury. As a CNA or nurse assistant, you will perform personal care tasks such as hygiene assistance, feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday and some weekends, serving a client in Fairbank, IA. You will work up to 10 hours per week, earning an average of $17 per hour. Requirements include being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, completion of the company's HHA competency testing, a valid driver's license, acceptable MVR, and current CPR certification.
