Permanent Home Health LVN / LPN

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse for a permanent home health position in the Orlando, FL area. In this role, you will provide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders, working under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include delivering quality patient care, recognizing changes in patient needs, and educating patients and families. You will perform hands-on care such as wound care, infusions, catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes.

Requirements include an active LPN license in Florida, a valid CPR certification, and a driver's license.
