Permanent Home Health Registered Nurse

Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Permanent Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Fairbanks, Alaska. In this role, you will plan and provide clinical support to patients and staff, demonstrating clinical expertise and leadership within the department. You will manage nursing schedules, policies, and procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 24/7 accountability. Compensation ranges from $46.99 to $77.38 per hour based on experience and education, with an average pay of $62 per hour. Additional benefits include a $15,000-$20,000 incentive for new hires, up to $7,500 relocation assistance, 90 days of temporary housing, shift differentials, annual increases, paid time off, medical/vision/dental insurance, 401k with employer match, tuition assistance, and student loan forgiveness.

Requirements include a current RN license in Alaska, BLS certification, at least 4 years of clinical experience relevant to the patient population, and 2 years of supervisory experience.
