Description
We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for a permanent position at St. Tammany Health System in Covington, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for a group of patients during your shift, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care. You will supervise LPNs, monitor technicians, CNAs, and unit clerks, ensuring a smooth and safe patient experience.
This is a night shift position, working 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. The pay ranges from $31 to $45 per hour, based on experience. You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility that prides itself on providing world-class healthcare close to home.
Requirements include a current Louisiana RN license, completion of a board-certified nursing program, and current BLS certification through an ILCOR-provided course. ACLS is preferred within 6 months of hire, and Med/Surg or Critical Care experience is preferred. You must be able to meet weekend and holiday requirements.
