Description
Join our team as a full-time Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Porterville, California. You will provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans. This role offers a supportive environment where you can utilize your skills in a dynamic unit.
This position is night shift from 6:45pm to 7:15am, with an average pay of $56 per hour. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for nurses with 3+ years of experience, or $5,000 for those with 1-3 years. You must be available for holidays, call-backs, and on-call shifts as needed.
Requirements include a current California RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM certifications (ACLS, NRP, EFM can be obtained within 6 months). Strong assessment and communication skills are essential. We offer a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to make a difference in our community.
