Permanent Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Join our Labor & Delivery team in Porterville, CA, as a full-time Registered Nurse. You'll provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in a supportive hospital setting. This night shift role (6:45pm-7:15am) offers an average pay of $56 per hour, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced nurses (3+ years) or $5,000 for those with 1-3 years of experience.

As an L&D RN, you will assess, plan, and implement care for patients across the perinatal spectrum. Responsibilities include monitoring fetal heart rates, administering medications, assisting with deliveries, and providing education to families. You must hold a current California RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM certifications (or obtain within six months).
