Permanent Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent position in Porterville, California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during the birthing process, utilizing your expertise in assessment, treatment, and patient education. You will work night shifts from 6:45pm to 7:15am, with a pay range of $46.47 to $65.05 per hour based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for experienced nurses.

As an L&D RN, you will be responsible for holistic patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. You must hold a current California RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM certifications (or obtain within six months). Basic computer skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
