Permanent Manager Registered Nurse

Join Sinai Hospital of Baltimore as the Nurse Manager for our 36-bed Neuroscience Unit, a key component of our Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center. You'll lead a dedicated team caring for stroke, neurosurgery, epilepsy monitoring, and neuro progressive patients, all in a telemetry-capable environment. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring safe, age-appropriate care while driving quality outcomes.

This full-time, day shift position (8:00am-4:30pm) offers an average pay of $66 per hour, with additional compensation potential through overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses. You'll oversee unit operations, staff performance, and evidence-based practices, while maintaining your own clinical skills in this specialty area.

Requirements include a current Maryland RN license (or eligibility), BLS and ACLS certification, NIHSS certification within 90 days, a BSN (MSN preferred), at least 2 years of direct neuro nursing experience, and 3-5 years of nurse management experience.
