Description
Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, MN, is seeking a Permanent Maternal Fetal Care Registered Nurse to join our Women's and Children's Health unit. This 12 LDRP room facility delivers over 600 babies annually and encompasses Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics, and Women's Health, offering a dynamic environment for both new graduates and experienced nurses.
Schedule includes 72 hours every two weeks with rotating 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, and rotating holidays. Pay averages $54 per hour, with a range of $43.24 to $65.47 based on experience and degree. A $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus (if applicable) are available.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing school, current Minnesota licensure, and understanding of care across all ages. New grads are welcome, with a Nurse Residency Program partnered with St. Cloud Hospital. External candidates eligible for bonuses; previous CentraCare employees qualify after 9 months absence. Relocation requires living 50+ miles from Willmar and moving within 30 miles.
