As a top-rated organization we foster an inclusive collaborative work environment where innovation and patient care lead the way.ABOUT THE UNIT:At Maury Regional Medical Center (MRMC) the 3rd West unit is a 52-bed department that serves a diverse patient population including medical-surgical oncology and pediatric patients. Nurses on 3rd West have opportunities to advance their skills with training in pediatric care and chemotherapy certification. The unit operates with two charge nurses per shift to ensure smooth patient care and staff support. Our goal is to maintain a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio with a collaborative team approach that includes LPNs and other support staff.
