Description
Join Saint Francis Healthcare System as a Permanent Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In this role, you will provide advanced, comprehensive patient care across multiple Med-Surg inpatient units, applying evidence-based nursing practice and rapid clinical assessment skills. As a highly skilled generalist, you will adapt to varying patient populations, acuity levels, and unit-specific protocols while ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality care.
This full-time position offers a variable shift schedule (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You will work 72 hours per two-week pay period and receive a competitive benefits package. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 or $30,000 in student loan repayment is available for eligible candidates.
