Permanent Medical Surgical LVN / LPN

Join the Surgical Unit at HaysMed as a full-time Medical-Surgical LPN. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care to a diverse population including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. You'll collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and act as a patient advocate.

This is a night shift position (7p-7a) with a pay range of $20.00 - $29.00 per hour. You'll be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, as well as performing documentation and carrying out physician orders.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, current LPN licensure in Kansas, IV certification, and BLS certification (must obtain within first two weeks). Knowledge of general nursing theory and infection control is essential.
