Description
This permanent Medical Surgical Registered Nurse position is on the 2 South MS/Tele unit at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California. As a Magnet-recognized teaching hospital ranked #1 in the Inland Empire, you'll provide high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility.
Enjoy a schedule of three 12-hour shifts with a competitive pay range of $43.59 to $69.36 per hour, based on experience and education. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance are available, paid on your first paycheck with a 2-year commitment.
Minimum qualifications include a BSN or MSN (or enrollment in an RN-BSN/RN-MSN program within 1 year of hire, completion within 5 years), California RN licensure, and BLS certification. Tuition reimbursement of $5,250 per year is offered, and you'll receive a 5% pay increase upon BSN completion. Internal growth opportunities to RN levels I-IV are available.
