Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join the 3E unit at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA. This permanent staff position offers 12-hour shifts (3 per week) with a pay range of $43.59-$69.36 per hour, averaging $57/hr, based on experience and education. You'll enjoy benefits including $5,250 annual tuition reimbursement, internal advancement opportunities, and a 5% pay increase upon BSN completion.
Minimum qualifications include a BSN or MSN (or enrollment in an RN-BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire with completion within 5 years), California RN licensure, and BLS certification. Specialty certification is preferred. ADN degrees are accepted with a commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years.
