Permanent Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at Sturdy Health in Attleboro, MA. In this permanent staff position, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. You'll work in a collaborative environment, partnering with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.

This full-time role offers an average pay of $55 per hour. You'll be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and educating patients and families. The schedule may include shifts as needed to ensure 24/7 coverage. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply, and we provide opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements include a current Massachusetts RN license, BLS certification, and graduation from an accredited nursing school. ACLS is required for Med/Surg units. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and at least 2 years of acute care experience.
