Description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Clinical Coordinator role in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) in Chicago, IL. This permanent position offers an average pay of $56 per hour. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will provide direct patient care while facilitating interdisciplinary care, managing patient flow, staffing, and resource utilization on your shift. You'll champion new initiatives, communicate with patients and families, and ensure a safe, high-quality care environment.
This role requires a baccalaureate degree in nursing, an active Illinois RN license, and at least two years of clinical experience in your specialty. CPR certification is required, and a Magnet-recognized specialty certification is preferred. You'll be responsible for staffing assignments, problem-solving, and recommending operational improvements to enhance patient care.
