Permanent MSW (Masters of Social Work)

We are seeking a dedicated Master of Social Work (MSW) to join our Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Unit as a Psychotherapist. In this role, you will provide diagnostic psychological or biopsychosocial evaluations and deliver evidence-based therapeutic treatment. You'll work collaboratively with patients using motivational interviewing and other proven techniques to strengthen motivation and commitment to change goals.

This is a full-time position with 80 hours every two weeks, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will be based at CentraCare Plaza or Midsota Behavioral Health in Saint Cloud, MN, with the ability for some remote work. The average pay is $47 per hour, with a starting salary of $77,563.20 per year, determined by experience. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts, and a $6,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with a current MN license (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC).

To qualify, you need a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related Human Services field, along with Minnesota licensure at the independent clinical level (LICSW) or equivalent.
