Permanent Operating Room Registered Nurse

Mercy Cedar Rapids is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. Our OR department operates 24/7 with 15 hybrid rooms specializing in orthopedics, neuro, general, ENT/plastics, open heart, and more. This full-time position offers three 12-hour shifts per week with no weekday call—only weekend and rotating holiday call. On-call pay is $6 per hour. You'll work 40 hours per week with full-time pay and benefits. The role includes pulling supplies for your own cases and ensuring quick room turnover.
