Permanent Oral Surgeon

An established, dentist-led multi-specialty group practice in Wisconsin is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join their collaborative team. This role offers immediate surgical volume thanks to a built-in referral network of general dentists and specialists. You will step into a mature practice with modern technology and dedicated surgical support staff.

This full-time position offers a 4 or 5-day work week with 36+ clinical hours per week. Compensation includes a base salary of $500,000 plus production incentives, with earning potential exceeding $1,000,000. Additional benefits include signing and retention bonuses, relocation assistance, annual continuing education support, PTO, and 401(k).

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating conditions of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and facial structures; performing surgical extractions and implant placements; administering anesthesia; and collaborating with referring providers. Candidates must have a DDS or DMD from an accredited program, completion of an OMS residency, and Wisconsin licensure eligibility. Strong surgical skills and patient-focused communication are essential.
