Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient acute care team at New Mexico's only Level 1 trauma center and premier teaching hospital in Albuquerque. In this role, you will rotate through adult care units and have opportunities to train on specialty teams including ICUs, pediatric units, splint team, and burn team. You'll collaborate with skilled physical and occupational therapists, assistants, nurses, and medical teams, with chances to precept students.
This full-time position offers rotating shifts with shift differentials: $17 for weekday nights, $26 for weekend nights, and $15 for weekend days. The pay ranges from $40.04 to $62.00 per hour, averaging $51/hr. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available. Weekend and holiday work is required.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, a New Mexico Occupational Therapist License (or temporary license), and CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days. New graduates are welcome and will receive robust training. Experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual skills in Spanish or Navajo are a plus.
