Description
CAREMUST, a nurse-founded home health agency, is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team serving Santa Cruz and Watsonville. In this role, you will conduct in-home assessments and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities after injury, illness, or hospitalization. Your work will directly impact patients' quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a permanent, full-time position with an average pay of $70 per hour. You will enjoy flexible scheduling and autonomy in managing your own hours, with a territory radius of 5-10 miles to minimize drive time. The role requires travel to patients' homes throughout the area, and you must have a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications include a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, current California OT license, and at least 1 year of experience (home health preferred). CPR/BLS certification is required. We offer industry-leading compensation, health benefits including medical/dental/vision, generous PTO, and paid holidays. You'll also receive dedicated administrative support and extensive documentation services to minimize paperwork, allowing you to focus on patient care.
