Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist for its Home Health team. This full-time position offers 4x10 or 5x8 hour shifts with a competitive hourly wage of $44.09 to $70.54 based on experience, plus a $20,000 retention bonus for eligible new hires. Additional benefits include up to $7,500 relocation assistance, 90 days of temporary housing, shift differentials, annual increases, and paid time off.

As an OT, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, implement skilled therapy, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Requirements include successful completion of an accredited OT program and current state licensure.
