Description
Porter Heart and Vascular Center in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as the RN Coordinator for our stress testing program. In this vital role, you will ensure that patients are properly prepared, testing runs efficiently, and clinical standards are consistently met. You'll coordinate daily operations, provide leadership, and support a positive patient experience, making stress testing a trusted part of cardiovascular care.
This is a full-time, day shift position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts. Compensation ranges from $38.24 to $63.35 per hour based on experience and education, with an average pay of $51/hr. We offer a $15,000 retention bonus, up to $7,500 relocation assistance, and 90 days of temporary housing. Additional benefits include shift differentials, annual increases, paid time off, medical/vision/dental insurance, 401k with employer match, tuition assistance, student loan forgiveness, an onsite gym, and wellness programs.
Requirements include a current RN license in Alaska (or compact state), BLS certification, and at least 12 months of acute care experience in the specialty area within the past year. A bachelor's degree, professional certification, and previous leadership experience are preferred.
