Description
Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Supervisor in our outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring consistency and patient-centered care. You'll supervise staff, manage workflow, and provide direct nursing support to providers, including patient assessments, assisting with procedures, and patient education. This position offers a unique blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while developing your leadership skills.
This is a full-time, day shift position (40 hours per week). While pay is not disclosed, external applicants are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. You will be responsible for staffing, employee training, performance feedback, and maintaining high standards of service. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to implement key initiatives and improve performance.
Requirements include excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills, along with strong organization and time management. Experience in hematology/oncology is preferred.
