Permanent Pediatric Telemetry Registered Nurse

This permanent position is for a Pediatric Telemetry Registered Nurse on the 4 East Medical Surgical unit at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA. The unit is fast-paced with high-acuity MS/Tele patients, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Patient diagnoses include underlying cardiac conditions and mixed medical conditions. Key services include telemetry interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, central line care, and management of cardiac drips (no titration).

Shift is 3/12s with an average pay of $57 per hour, ranging from $43.59 to $69.36 based on experience and education. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid on the first paycheck with a 2-year commitment, and a $10,000 relocation bonus is also available.

Minimum qualifications include a BSN or MSN, or enrollment in an RN-BSN or RN-MSN program within 1 year of hire and completion within 5 years. ADN degrees are accepted with a requirement to obtain BSN within 5 years.
